Redeem Request Process
Fill in the form with the amount of winning POINTS you wish to redeem.
Your points submitted on the form will be exchanged by Ace Administration at the rate of 100 points
equaling 1 dollar.
Your 1 Request for payment will be completed and the winnings removed from your account each Tuesday at EXACTLY 9:00 pm EST. A check for the requested amount will be sent
by U.S. mail. Allow 7 to 10 business days for delivery. (Click

If your Reward Winnings are insufficient at the time of processing your request (Tuesdays),
then no check will be sent. You may adjust a request by submitting a new one at any time up to the
processing time.
If the mailing address is incorrect and the check is returned to the sender, we will contact your
email address to request a correction of the mailing address.
For your protection and security, your redemption requests are limited to $500 per redeem week.

A small token of our thanks. This amount has been added to your Tuesday redeem or to your Entries Balance in points
at 9:01 EST, if no redeem was made this past week.
